脹管機的脹管方式及管孔要求

脹管機管孔要求:
1. 確認有足夠的孔橋以保證脹口牢固持久。
2. 鉆孔或鉸孔后孔徑應大于所用管材管外徑0.007(0.18mm)~ 0.010(0.25mm)。
3. 在更換開槽板孔中的廢管時,請清除板孔內金屬殘渣及其它雜質碎屑。
4. 板孔內進行開槽處理,可以提高脹口的機械強度。
5. 如條件允許,建議對板孔內部進行精加工或輥光處理,以達到更高的表面光潔度。這同樣可以提高孔橋的抗拉強度。
       在銅管鋁片對流散熱器加工中,什么叫機械脹管、液壓脹管及過盈量?
       散熱器生產過程中為了保證紫銅管與鋁散熱片緊密接觸,要將銅管與鋁片緊緊接連在一起。而要想將銅管串上鋁片,其銅管的直徑要小于鋁片圓孔的內徑。穿完后,可用下面二種辦法脹緊。
(一)液壓脹管:
       其方法是將銅管鋁片串好后,并將聯箱式彎頭全部焊好,通高壓液體(如水),將水壓升高到1200-200kg/cm2時,用液壓力將銅管脹大,使其與鋁片緊密接觸。
       此方法是工藝簡單,設備成本低,易加工,缺點是由于銅管壁厚的不均勻性及銅材質狀態不均勻性,很難保證脹量。另外也很難實現過盈量。
(二)機械脹管:
       由于紫銅管為軟態,而鋁散片為硬態,使用機械脹管機,用機械力將合金鋼脹頭強行推入紫銅管內徑,將銅管脹大30-40絲,脹管量的計算包括銅管外徑正偏差、鋁片孔內徑負偏差、穿管間距,最后為保證管子緊密結合,再加大一定脹量,這一加大的脹量稱為過盈量。過盈量的取值既要保證銅管在機械脹接后的自縮,也要保證在冷熱水的作用下,管與片的緊密結合,以減小熱阻,保證傳熱。
       機械脹管可以精確控制脹量,產品一致性很高,效果很好,為目前全世界普遍采用的先進工藝,缺點是對脹管設備要求嚴格,并且造價較高。
